Background:
Average childhood, growing up in southern California. Kirk was thirteen when his brother died in a drive-by shooting, and it was then he decided he would go into law enforcement when he was older. His parents divorced when he was sixteen, and he moved to Arizona with his father until after he graduated high school. Still seeking a career in law enforcement, it was a couple years later that he joined the police academy where he met Adison Becc and they became best friends. Through the years, they teamed up and worked their way up through the ranks, eventually both pursuing positions within the FBI and managing to find themselves in the same department.
